I get the sense summer has a lot of tour buses (we got the wisps in September) and there is a lot of new building going up. But the essence of the town endures; we stayed with the family of Ljupcho Panevski who makes paper by hand in a workshop in town.
Beautiful! There are so many people from Ohrid in Australia that if you meet anyone in Ohrid who doesn't have a relative in Australia, then they're imposters and not from Ohrid lol! Enjoy the rakija!
