Have you heard of Chrissie Wellington? She was my idol when I moved into sport. She had a similar career to me and also went to Nepal but she managed to cycle and run in the Kathmandu valley before work. Whereas we couldn’t find anywhere to run without masks or cycle without cows and traffic! After 12 months living there she went onto be a world champion Ironman and i finished an Ironman with 18 minutes to spare. So if I had got it right in Nepal who knows what would have happened 🤣
